RoKC Birthday Parties are great for any celebration!
For 6 and 7 year old celebrations, please provide one adult chaperone per five children.
The birthday party package is $250 for up to 10 climbers. Additional climbers are $20 each, with a maximum of 18 climbers. If you plan to have more than 10-12 climbers, inform us while booking. This helps us to properly staff the facility.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.
Once your group is booked, everyone (participants and observers) will need to create a client account and sign a waiver. We will email the link to create an account and a digital copy of our waiver. Waivers must be signed by a legal parent/guardian. EVERYONE walking around the facility needs a waiver signed, even if they're not climbing. Having this completed early will help ensure a smooth, quick sign-in process to get the participants climbing as soon as possible. If you signed a waiver BEFORE May of 2017, we'll need the new one signed before you or your child can participate.

Join us for 12 hours of climbing and lock-in fun! (8pm-8am)
Participants will have an opportunity to boulder and auto-belay with RoKC Staff supervision. Food may be brought into the facility (dinner, snacks, and breakfast are recommended). Participants can even snooze on the climbing pads.
Double check your packing list with a minimum of these items:
At least one adult per 10 youth must stay the night with the participants. Lock-ins start at 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and share the facility with the public until close at 10:00 PM. Wake-up is at 7:00 AM to pack up and eat breakfast (not included) in time for 8:00 AM departure.
Packages start at $600 for up to 10 participants + $20 per additional participant.

Schedule a Troop Meeting or throw a party for a rocking good time! The girls will have a chance to try something new, build teamwork, and have a blast!

During a two-hour session, the girls will receive a tour of the facility with instruction on how to fall properly, how to use an auto-belay device, and how to choose appropriate climbs. Once geared up, an instructor will supervise: giving climbing tips, recommending routes, and climbing with the girls in both the bouldering and tall climbing rooms. Also during this time, a private room will be available for a meeting or snacks (not provided).
Special Girl Scout Pricing:
Up to 10 kids: $225 (1 instructor)
11-15 kids: $315 (2 instructors)
16-20 kids: $405 (3 instructors)
