Meet our Instructors:
Becca Goetz "My philosophy on exercise is that it should be something you look forward to, something you enjoy doing. As a personal trainer and a yoga teacher, I see every workout as an opportunity to move with intention and connect mind, body and breath. I like to focus function movements and mobility as a way to create a solid and sustainable foundation for not just muscle growth, weight management, and overall fitness but for every day living. Pairing intentional movement with conscious eating is important and I can help you become more aware of what you are putting in your body on a daily basis."
Kyle Wilson "I have knowledge and experience in multiple strength programs such as Juggernaut, Linear, 5-3-1, Texas Method and Max Effort. With that comes an extensive understanding of lifting techniques, positions, modifications, strength progressions and programming. As a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer and an Eat to Perform Nutrition Coach, I know how to tailor nutrition regardless or whether you are trying to lean out or bulk up."
