Sports, and just being physically active, has always been an important part of Stephanie’s life. Physical fitness is not just a passion but a necessity. Living with diabetes she understands the struggle to balance diet and exercise with time constraints. Having earned a 2nd degree Black Belt in Karate, she learned to combine discipline and fun into every activity. When not at the gym or paddle boarding, Stephanie spends her days hanging out with her husband and three children, teaching kids, coaching soccer, cooking and reading.
