Molly has always been passionate about exercise. She spent most of her childhood on a swim team and once she got to K-State, her love for fitness transitioned into the weight room. Working at the gym on campus and lifting two hours a day, she fell in love with strength training and lifting. In 2017 when she moved to Colorado she was lucky to have her own personal trainer who helped her discover how to exercise without pain, recover properly and take a step back from what she thought she knew.
From that experience and a small glimpse of what it was like to exercise pain-free, she felt inspired to follow through with a lifelong dream of doing a triathlon. Since then, she has done three sprint triathlons, turned herself into a runner, rediscovered her love for swimming and somewhere along the way fell in love with rock climbing. Molly's workout styles are constantly changing but her goal is always the same - stay active, pain free, find joy in movement and help her clients do the same.
