Mallory​ ​has been practicing yoga since 2015. She found​ ​healing,​ ​self​ ​love,​ ​and​ ​a​ ​beautiful practice​ ​of​ ​honoring​ ​the body​ ​she​ ​contained.​ ​​Coming​ ​out​ ​of​ ​her​ ​mental​ ​illness​ ​stronger​ ​than​ ​ever,​ ​Mallory​ ​discovered​ ​passion- passion​ ​​to​ ​help​ ​others​ ​who​ ​experienced depression​ ​and​ ​anxiety​ ​similar​ ​to​ ​hers. Mallory​ ​loves​ ​to​ ​carry​ ​a​ ​gentle​ ​spirit​ ​everywhere​ ​she​ ​goes.​ ​Her​ ​primary​ ​focus​ ​in her classes is​ ​to​ ​encourage​ ​students​ ​to​ ​experience​ ​release,​ ​freedom,​ ​openness, peace,​ ​and​ ​stillness​ ​to​ ​the​ ​body,​ ​mind,​ ​and​ ​spirit​ ​within.​
