Mallory has been practicing yoga since 2015. She found healing, self love, and a beautiful practice of honoring the body she contained. Coming out of her mental illness stronger than ever, Mallory discovered passion- passion to help others who experienced depression and anxiety similar to hers. Mallory loves to carry a gentle spirit everywhere she goes. Her primary focus in her classes is to encourage students to experience release, freedom, openness, peace, and stillness to the body, mind, and spirit within.
