Dani is an aspiring Hip Hop Yoga Enthusiast! She found yoga while searching for calmness and inner peace from the modern busy and fast paced lifestyle. She found this through the beautiful flow of asanas, focusing on the rhythm of breathing, and finding self-love on her mat. She wanted to learn more and explore ways to experience these off the mat which led to her 200 RYT training. She has fallen in love with yoga and all that it has brought her and what it will continue to bring. She wants to share yoga with others! You can find Dani practicing yoga on her mat in the studio or on her paddleboard at the local lake. Dani's classes will offer energizing vinyasa flows with moderate heat and upbeat music!
