Becca has been in love with fitness and physical activity for as long as she can remember. For her exercise has always been the best way to "reset and recharge" herself not just physically, but mentally, and emotionally as well. After completing the NASM Certified Personal Trainer course she went on to become a 200hr. Certified Yoga Teacher as well. Becca's main objective when leading a class is to create a space where a mind-body-breath connection can be developed through both mobility and functional movements.
When Becca isn't teaching you could find her and her partner Ian, climbing, running, biking, hiking, weightlifting, or playing sand volleyball.
